Shipping & Returns  
Shipping Terms: We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday by will generally leave our warehouse within three business days. If an item is out of stock, considered a custom item, or drop shipped by the factory, you will be notified within two business days of any delays. Orders mailed with check, must wait for the payment to clear prior to shipment, generally 7-10 days.

If your order is time sensitive, please contact us. We will do everything we can to ship yur order out immediately!

Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. All orders ship FOB from Buffalo, NY via UPS Ground unless other prior arrangements are made. Expedited shipping is available to some locations, rates can be calculated at the time of checkout, or by contacting us for applicable rates. All online shipping rates are considered estimates, actual shipping may differ from the online order and can be calculated by contacting us. Online shipping costs are usually a very good approximation of cost. Some items carry an "oversize" shipping charge that is calculated at the time of checkout. We do not ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses

If you selected an expedited shipping method like Second Day or Overnight, your order will generally ship within 1 to 2 business days. Business Days are defined as: Monday through Friday and excludes most US holidays. Once your order ships it will take 1 to 7 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address. After you successfully place your order and have received an e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation email or via the shipper websites below:
UPS shipments: www.ups.com 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shippers tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.


Guarantees/Returns: 30 Days Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with any of the products shipped by Aquatic Sampling Company, we will be happy to refund your payment. To qualify for a refund, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us within 15 days after receiving your shipment.

Upon return acceptance, you will receive email notification. All returned products must be returned in new, unopened, unused, and resalable condition. To receive a credit for a return, merchandise must be in like-new condition with no visible damage or wear. If damage is found to have been caused by the customer, an email notification will be sent and item(s) will be shipped back at customer expense. No return credit will be provided. Qualifying shipments may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee (determined by product condition). After 30 days, products are supported directly by the manufacturer warranty. Items manufactured by Aquatic Sampling Company carry a 180 day warranty, all other warranties can be found on the product packaging, or by contacting us.

Return Processing Time and Notification: Once Aquatic Sampling Company has received your returned item(s), we will process your return within 3 business days. You will receive an email notification of any returned credit. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you and you will receive email notification of shipping information. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, Aquatic Sampling Company will notify you via telephone or email.

Shipment Refusal: If your shipment arrives at the ship to destination and is refused, we will contact you to verify the address and notify you of when a second delivery attempt will be made. If we cannot reach you within one week, your order will be cancelled.

Wrong Item or Quantity Shipped: If we make an error with your order, please notify us right away (within 7 days of receiving your shipment). We will remedy the mistake with the correct product. In the rare circumstance where the product is no longer available, we will help you select an alternative or credit your account. If we sent you more products than you ordered, please notify Customer Service and return the additional quantity. Please notify us within 7 days or you will be billed for the additional quantity at the full retail price, even if you did not order it.
